THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M219QNCNP0211 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service, Office for Coastal Management (OCM), has a requirement for the Trimble R8 Model 60 single receiver, firmware version 5.41, with transport system (base and rover) with integrated Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) in accordance with the attached specifications. Delivery shall be FOB Destination on or before September 1, 2019 to NOAA Office of Coastal Management, 1305 East West Highway, SSMC-4, Silver Spring, MD 20910. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. This RFQ is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
