THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M219QNCNP0210 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Office for Coastal Management (OCM) has a requirement for services to provide training on racial and social equity, and enhancing social justice in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. NOS required three (3) workshops over the course of the period of performance to be held in Charleston, SC, Silver Spring, MD and a location to be determined (probably West Coast). Travel costs shall be incorporated into the overall cost of each workshop in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price order. The period of performance will be from date of award through 14 months thereafter.
