THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M219QNCNJ0218 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service, Office of Coast Survey (OCS), has a requirement for Applanix POSPac MMS Smartbase software licenses and maintenance (new) and POSPac/POSGNSS software licenses and maintenance (existing) in accordance with the attached specifications. The period of performance will be October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.
