THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-23-Q-00484 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has requirements for hull repairs and bottom paint renewal on the NOAA Navigation Response Team – New London vessel, NOAA hull number S3007. A performance start date between the date of award and July 31, 2023 will be negotiated at time of contract award. All work will then be completed within 30 days of that start date.
