The 2D drawings are added to the solicitation; however, the format of the CAD drawings are not supported within SAM, therefore any sources interested in obtaining revised CAD drawings must request the drawings via email directly from randall.chatfield@noaa.gov. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-22-Q-01488 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) has a requirement to have multiple items fabricated, as provided in the attached Statement of Work and drawings. All quoted pricing shall include delivery to Lakeland, FL (actual address to be provided at time of award). Delivery is expected within 90 days of award. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. All Technical Requirements are described within the attached Statement of Work and/or Drawing Package. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses.
