All work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and/or Drawing Package. Completion of all work is expected between November and December, 2022. The NAICS code for the work described below is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, with a Size Standard $16.5 Million. The project shall be completed ninety (90) days after notice to proceed and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. This project has the following major components. Demolition of NOAA’s old Water Level Gauging Station, located at Morrisette Park in Ogdensburg, NY.
