The closing date of this solicitation is extended to Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 3:00pm EST. ****** PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR DETAILED REQUIREMENTS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-22-Q-01333 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for the fabrication of a stainless steel frame, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and/or Drawing Package. All quoted pricing shall include delivery to Chesapeake, VA (actual address to be provided at time of award). Delivery is expected within 60 days of award. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. All Technical Requirements are described within the attached Statement of Work and/or Drawing Package. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 332312, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 500 employees.
