THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-22-Q-01116 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. NOAA’s Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuary (CBNMS) and Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary (GFNMS) require data collection, analysis and product development from data collected during research and monitoring activities in CBNMS and GFNMS, as described in the Statement of Work. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. All Technical Requirements are described within the attached Statement of Work.
