Morris St., Oxford, MD. 21654. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Completion of all work is expected within ninety (90) days of the contract award. The NAICS code for the work described below is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a Size Standard $16.5 Million. The project shall be completed ninety (90) days after award and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
