THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-22-Q-01039 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Hollings Marine Laboratory (HML), Charleston, SC has a requirement for annual/semi-annual testing and inspection of fire alarm panels and other interfaces of the fire alarm system, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Period of Performance will consist of 1 Base Year, and 4 Consecutive Option Years. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. All Technical Requirements are described within the attached Statement of Work. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a Size Standard of $22 million.
