THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-22-Q-01022 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), National Geodetic Survey (NGS) would like to purchase a NovAtel Inertial Navigation System (INS) which includes a NovAtel PwrPak7 Synchronous Position Attitude and Navigation (SPAN) compatible Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver, ISA-100C Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and associated cables to support the Gravity for the Redefinition of the American Vertical Datum (GRAV-D) project. Delivery is expected within 45 days of award. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 1250 employees. This is a Brand Name Only requirement, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Quotes will only be accepted for the brand name items list herein.
