The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS), Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) requires repair and proactive replacement of pin hardware for 56 buoys within Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary (FKNMS) to include purchase of all hardware needed to complete installation of buoys except for the following: FKNMS will be providing shackle, bottom downline and floats for 10 deeper water sites and small marker floats and lines for all new pins in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and all applicable attachments.
