The associated NAICS code is 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation and the associated PSC code is J016 for this procurement: This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard is $35,000,000.00. It is anticipated one AOC requires firm-fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to provide aircraft maintenance and other scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, repairs, over the counter part sales, Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) support, and inspections for NOAA Twin Otter aircraft. No commercial financing. See separate attachment for statement of work and references. Quotes shall be submitted in electronic format, via email, no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, November 25, 2019. Questioning pertaining to this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Alicha.harris@noaa.gov. Telephonic requests will not be honored. Proposals may be submitted via electronic means (email) to Alicha.harris@noaa.mil by the date and time listed above. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The base period of performance is December 10, 2019 to December 09, 2020 with 4 option years. Delivery Location is At The Contractor's Facility Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
