The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NMFS, Chesapeake Bay Program Office, Annapolis, Maryland, has a requirement for the purchase of 10 New Wave Sensors, with an option to purchase an additional 4 units. FOB Destination is required. Delivery date for the first 10 units is 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) and for the option items from date of award - 01/21/2020. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value to the government, lowest price technically acceptable quote. Shipping shall be FOB Destination and included in the unit price for each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor's quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 334513, with a business size standard of 750 employees. The Product Service Code Class is 6640. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 3. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 4. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 5. Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. 6. Address technical capability in meeting the requirement per the Statement of Work. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 12:00 P.M. Eastern on January 15,, 2019; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to linda.mullen@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to linda.mullen@noaa.gov by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on January 9, 2019. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about January 22, 2019.
