This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see the see the attached combined synopsis and supporting documentation for additional information regrading the requirement. A firm-fixed price (FFP) single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) is anticipated in response to this RFQ. Questions pertaining to this RFQ must be submitted in writing to James Skaggs and Ashley Perry via email at James.skaggs@noaa.gov and Ashley.Perry@noaa.gov by no later than 5:00 PM, ET on August 10, 2021. Telephonic requests will not be honored. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (email) to the Government representative(s) listed below by the date and time stated herein. Quotes in response to this solicitation shall be submitted electronically via email by 2:00 PM, ET on August 17, 2021 to the following Government representative(s): (1) James Skaggs (Contract Specialist), James.skaggs@noaa.gov, (757) 605-7405; and (2) Mr. Ashley J. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that any submission transmitted to the specified Government representative(s) is received prior to the due date specified. Vendors are highly encouraged to contact the Government representative(s) specified above prior to the solicitation’s stated time and date for receipt of offers to ensure the Government has received the submission. Quotes received after the date and time specified in this solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
