The U.S. Census Bureau intends to procure lodging, meeting space and AV services in the Charlotte, NC area, for 3 separate meetings to be held during the same time frame. All meetings and lodging must be held in the same hotel. The logistics for lodging for each meeting is listed below, and the meeting space and AV needs are listed for each meeting in the attachment. The hotel accommodations must have the following: -at least one restaurant and coffee shop onsite. -hotel needs to be in a central location surrounding restaurants, coffee shops within 1 mile -hotel needs to have onsite or nearby parking -no major construction at the hotel (if construction in surrounding area please advise) Please see attached document for meeting and AV needs. Note: The SDC/CIC Steering Committee, Data Dissemination Training Branch Summer Conference, and the Joint SDC/CIC Annual Conference must be held in the same hotel location. Lodging Requirements: Lodging is required for 25 participants for the SDC/CIC Steering Committee Meeting as follows: Sunday, June 9, 2019-25 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. Monday, June 10, 2019-25 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. Tuesday, June 11, 2019--25 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. Summary: 75 total rooms to be paid via Government Purchase order. Lodging is required for 54 participants for the Data Dissemination and Training Branch Meeting as follows: Monday, June 10, 2019--49 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. 5 block rooms to be paid by individuals. Tuesday, June 11, 2019--49 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. 5 block rooms to be paid by individuals. Wednesday, June 12, 2019--49 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. 5 block rooms to be paid by individuals. Thursday, June 13, 2019--49 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. 5 block rooms to be paid by individuals. Summary: 196 total rooms to be paid via Government Purchase order, 20 total block rooms to be paid by individuals. Lodging is required for 25 participants for the Joint SDC/CIC Annual Conference as follows: Monday, June 10, 2019-3 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. Tuesday, June 11, 2019--113 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. 10 block rooms to be paid for by individuals. Wednesday, June 12, 2019--113 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. 10 block rooms to be paid for by individuals. Thursday, June 13, 2019--113 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. 10 block rooms to be paid for by individuals. Friday, June 14, 2019-5 sleeping rooms on Government Purchase Order. Summary: 347 total rooms to be paid via Government Purchase order, 30 total block rooms to be paid for by individuals. The U.S. Census Bureau reserves the right to conduct an on-site inspection of offered facilities. Award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, via Government purchase order.
