The USDA Animal Plant Health Inspection Service, is conducting a Market Survey for the Wildlife Services Pocatello Supply Depot located in Pocatello, ID. We are looking for vendors capable of supplying Zinc Phosphide 82% (Technical) NEOGEN Corp /HACCO (PART#219900), or similar The Pocatello Supply Depot manufactures several bait products used to control nuisance pests. Zinc Phosphide 82% (Technical) NEOGEN Corp /HACCO (PART#219900), or similar product will be an essential component used in the composition of these baits. Neogen /Hacco Division is the current manufacturing source listed on the USDA/APHIS EPA approved Confidential Statement of Formulation. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must complete and return Attachment 1 along with information about its product and EPA approval to the Contract Specialist listed on this notice by 4:00pm. Mountain Time (MT) on or before the closing date of this notice. Supporting evidence and EPA approval must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. You must also include the source country of the Zinc Phosphide. Please label all proprietary information. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325320-Pesticide and Other Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing, and the Small business size standard is 1,000 Employees.
