The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price, commercial purchase order. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer whose quote responds to and meets the terms of the RFQ. Description of the services: Trimble R10, Model 60 HW & SW receiver transport case, to include configuration level - base and rover mode and Geospatial Accessory, power supply, cord, battery. The offeror must be an authorized Trimble Dealer, must be able to configure the equipment, must provide warranty and have the capability to service the equipment. The contractor shall be able to provide (4) Trimble R10 to the Wisconsin State Office with the above description. This procurement is being handled on behalf of the USDA NRCS Wisconsin State Office by the USDA FPAC-BC in Puerto Rico. Responses are due on Friday, September 27, 2019 no later than 2:00 pm, Atlantic Standard Time. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06 /9/10/2019. This is a 100% set aside for small business.
