This is a Sources Sought for vendors capable of developing and providing critical incident response and debriefing services including, but not limited to, the following: Critical Incident Response and Debriefing Services and 24-hour Emergency Call Center Services. The onsite qualified professional mental health critical incident services will include debriefings, consultations, and/or management briefings with affected personnel and management. The Emergency Call Center shall have a dedicated number for employees and shall include the capability for staff to utilize Short Message Service (SMS) and web chat as an alternative means of communication with Call Center staff. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract.
