THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. USDA is seeking potential sources for to provide the below and attached services under GSA Schedule 621 I. The contractor (Medical Staff) shall provide Basic and Urgent Care, CPR, and minor medical assistance when necessarily in the event of injuries, illnesses, or life-threatening emergencies to Government employees or others while in USDA facilities or on the grounds (Whitten, South, GWCC, and MMSC Buildings). In the event USDA is required to participate in MCM (Medical Counter Measures) and CPOD (Closed Pod Distribution Points) per CDC guidelines, engagement/support would be required by Medical Staff, to participate as essential components of that program. This program would afford USDA employees the opportunity to receive related Medical countermeasures (MCM) services, such as vaccines, antiviral drugs, antibiotics, antitoxins, and chemical antidotes, used to effectively prevent, mitigate, or treat adverse health effects of an intentional, accidental, or naturally occurring public health emergency. The Whitten and South building are adjacent buildings in Washington, DC. The GWCC Building is in Beltsville, MD. The MMSC building is in Beltsville, MD, 3.2 miles from the GWCC building. The MMSC facility can be services for the GWCC medical unit. The average annual medical unit visitations for the Whitten, South, and GWCC/MMSC buildings for core Services Rendered are 1,220, 3,425, and 1,365 respectively. The average annual medical unit visitations for the Whitten, South, and GWCC/MMSC buildings for the Nursing Mother’s room are 16, 2,343, and 474 respectively. The hours of operation are: 6am to 5:00pm
