USDA Agricultural Research Service seeks contractor support for DNA extraction from ethanol-preserved sea lice (*Lepeophtheirus salmonis*) and SNP genotyping. Genotyping must use AXIOM LSAL200K 96-ARRAY in 96-well format (Thermo-Fisher SKU 550522) on a GeneTitan Instrument or equal. Deliverables include genotyping data for all samples plus raw CEL files and PLINK-format files (.ped/.map or .bed/.bim/.fam). Unused tissue and DNA samples must be returned to the government. The contractor must provide all services, supplies, equipment, and facilities necessary to meet the specifications.
