The USDA Agricultural Research Service seeks contractor-provided DNA extraction from sea lice (*Lepeophtheirus salmonis*) and SNP genotyping. Samples will consist of single pre-adult or adult lice preserved in ethanol. Genotyping must use AXIOM LSAL200K 96-ARRAY in 96-well format (Thermo-Fisher SKU 550522) on a GeneTitan Instrument or equal. Deliverables include genotyping data for all samples plus raw CEL files and PLINK-format files, with unused tissue and DNA samples returned to the government. The contractor must provide all services, supplies, equipment, and facilities necessary to meet the specifications.
