The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northwest Irrigation and Soils Research Laboratory (NWISRL) is conducting market research to identify capable vendors to perform a preventative maintenance contract on our Perkin Elmer ICP as well as the S-10 autosampler, the PolyScience chiller, and any updates or maintenance to the software. The work will be performed at the USDA, ARS, NWISRL in Kimberly, Idaho. Offerors must be certified by Perkin Elmer to provide the preventative maintenance service. Vendor must travel to the location, perform the work, and provide a report for the file once each fiscal year. The visit should be scheduled with lab personnel. This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 335999. Respondents shall furnish sufficient information necessary for the Government to conclusively determine that they are capable of meeting the requirements identified above. Firms believing they can meet the requirements are encouraged to respond electronically with no less than the following information: • Business name, DUNS number, business address, business website, business size status (i.e., SB, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone SB, SDB, WOSB, LB), point of contact name, mailing address (if different from business address), phone number, and email address; • Descriptive material necessary for the government to determine whether the service offered meets the requirements.
