The Rural Development Procurement Management Office (PMO) issues this Sources Sought Synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable of providing Records Storage, Delivery and Pickup in Washington D.C. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System applicable codes may be 493190; Document storage and warehousing, 493110; General warehousing and storage, 561990; All other support services, . Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:00 PM local time on January 17, 2023. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. ORAL communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Attachment 1 (Draft SOW) to this RFI will provide the General Performance Requirements. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Rural Development Procurement Management Office to facilitate decision-making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Please note: PMO will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for information. INFORMATION REQUESTED: (No more than 2 pages) 1. Company Information - Name, Business Address, Point of Contact, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, Business Size in relation to the NAICS code size standard assigned to this acquisition, Number of Employees, Number of Years in Business etc., and a positive statement of your intention to submit a proposal for this solicitation as a prime contractor. 2. Socio-economic Status and any associated documentation of such status, certification or approvals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. 3. Sources shall include in their information, a detailed capabilities statement stating their experience in providing the same or similar work described in this notice 4. Company's capabilities in terms of providing all materials, equipment, tools, transportation, labor, and off base storage as required to perform the same or similar work described in this notice and the Statement of Work. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all federal, state, and local regulations.
