This is NOT a solicitation, nor is it an announcement for a forthcoming solicitation. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in providing a response. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541511 Customer Computer Programming Services with a Size Standard of $30 million. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Economic Research Services (ERS), Information Services Division (ISD) has a requirement for Thoughtfarmer Software license renewal – for 425 users. This software license is for Content publishing, Knowledge management, Create and edit pages, Future publishing, Multiple content types, Multiple page layouts, Import from Word, Rich text editor and spellcheck, insert internal and external links, insert sortable tables, Tag content, Track and revert changes with version history. Responses to this notification will help to determine the acquisition strategy for any future solicitation. Submission Instructions: Interested vendors are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notification by 12:00p ET on 30 June 2023, to the attention of David Jordan, Contracts Specialist, David.Jordan@usda.gov. All questions are asked to be submitted inwriting to the Primary Point of Contract and will be addressed accordingly. Business size status for the applicable NAICS code. 5. A statement of interest in any forthcoming acquisition. 6. A statement of capability to perform details of the requirement.
