The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agriculture Research Service (ARS) National Agriculture Library (NAL) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires support for cover all pieces of an evidence-based review workflow. The support application must be able to integrate with literature retrieval and analysis tools, support review protocols and standards from several disciplines, maximize efficiency of screening and data extraction, support large numbers of literature citations, allow for access by all team members, provide the ability to easily reassign access as projects complete their lifecycles, and allow for export of data, graphical information and reports for publication.
