The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), in Beltsville, MD, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a firm fixed-price contract with Evidence Partners Incorporated March Road, Suite 450, Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA, K2K, for Distiller SR. he North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 518210 Application hosting, excluding software publishing) with a Size Standard of $30 million. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agriculture Research Service (ARS) National Agriculture Library (NAL) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires support for cover all pieces of an evidence-based review workflow. The support application must be able to integrate with literature retrieval and analysis tools, support review protocols and standards from several disciplines, maximize efficiency of screening and data extraction, support large numbers of literature citations, allow for access by all team members, provide the ability to easily reassign access as projects complete their lifecycles, and allow for export of data, graphical information and reports for publication.
