Demolition of existing restroom buildings, slabs, concrete stairs, railings, and other items associated with buildings. 2. Installation and compaction of fill material, riprap, and aggregate, and site grading. 3. Installation of vault restroom buildings, including 2-hole buildings at Bear Canyon Overlook and Camp Rucker and a 6-hole building at Rose Canyon Lake. This work includes providing bedding material and establishment of FFE. 4. Construction of concrete walks and slabs, and a concrete stairway with railing. 5. Installation of trash bins and picnic tables. 6. Relocation of water hydrant and drain pit, and trash bins.
