The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine Services (PPQ), in southern Harney County, Oregon intends to secure services including all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary for applying Dimilin 2L over a specific area, located in three small spray blocks in southern Harney county, north of Denio Nevada. The type of service is a full-service rangeland Treatment using Dimilin 2L. The contractor will provide all required Dimilin 2L, canola oil or other approved non-paraffinic oil (such as methaylated seed oil MSO) and water.
