The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine Services (PPQ), in southern Harney County, Oregon intends to secure services including all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary for applying Dimilin 2L over a specific area, located in small spray blocks in southern Harney county, north of Denio Nevada. The type of service is a full-service rangeland Treatment using Dimilin 2L at the rate of 31 total ounces per acre. 1 oz Dimilin 2l, 10 oz canola oil, and 20 oz water. The contractor will provide all required Dimilin 2L, canola oil or other approved non-paraffinic oil (suchas methaylated seed oil MSO) and water. The General Statement of Work lists general specifications, terms and conditions applicable to any contracts awarded under this RFQ.
