This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number RFQ-20-4389-Q0004 is issued as a request for quotations and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2020-04. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 333415. The small business size standard is 500. This procurement is set aside for Total Small business concerns. Demo and remove old cooler from site, provide and Install (1) new 20x20x10 Walk-in cooler with Refrigeration at site Requirements We need to replace a smaller walk in cooler set from Bldg. 22 located on 2288 Rainwater Rd. Tifton, GA 31793 with a bigger walk in cooler (20x20x10). Job Description: Completely disassemble old cooler units measuring approximately 10x8x6 Remove old coolers from site. Provide and Install (1) new 20x20x10 Walk-in cooler with Refrigeration with the followign specifications One 20x20x10 Walk-in cooler with floor, recessed ramp, and roof cap. Entrance door shall be 4’ wide. One 5 HP Refrigeration System which shall consist of (1) Condensing unit and (2) Evaporators. The evaporators shall have electric defrost. (Could offer options) One Humidity Control System One High Temp Visual Alert Primary use is storing peanuts. We need to maintain temperature between 36 degrees and 43 degrees. On site survey may be required to determine: location of walk in cooler materials of old walk in cooler (for removal and disposal) Commercial power available Misc. items Site survey will be by appointment. Acceptance of the standard commercial warranty does not waive the Government's rights under the Inspection clause nor does it limit the Governments's rights with regard to the other terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the standard commercial warranty. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty (if applicable) with its response.
