Two lasers (488 nm and 640 nm) with spatially separated beams 2. At least Six fluorescent channels (similar to 530/572/675/780 nm off the 488 nm laser and 675/780 nm off the 640 nm laser) in addition to forward and side scatter channels. 3. Fixed optical alignment 4. Volumetric fluidics for cell counting 5. 24-bit data collection with dynamic range of six or more decades 6. Control software with manual and automated compensation ability 7.) File output in FCS3 format or later. The government anticipates award of a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the specifications will be most advantageous to the Government.
