USNPRC intends to replace HVAC for Building 43 and Building 44 Note: Units being replaced are Greenheck IGX-112 (B43) and IGX-115 (B44) package units with gas heat and evaporative cooling. Required are replacement package units for environmental control of Specific Pathogen Free poultry housing in Athens, Georgia. Units will provide heating and cooling via natural gas furnace and air conditioning, respectively. This solicitation is for materials only - installation will be under a separate contract. Two units are to be supplied for each building. Available space and current installation dimensions are provided in the sketch in Appendix A. Units supplied must be able to be installed to existing space, with the addition of a 12" curb or other support under each unit. Mechanical sections of the construction documents are provided for each building. These contain the environmental specifications required for heating and cooling. Appendices are included in attachments Appendix A: Current Installation Details Appendix B: Building 43 Mechanical Sheets Appendix C: Building 44 Mechanical Sheets The government anticipates award of a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the specifications will be most advantageous to the Government. PAYMENT: Any award made under this solicitation is subject to 31 CFR Part 208 which requires all payments made by the government to be made by electronic funds transfer.
