The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is preparing an acquisition plan for continuation of Managed Print Services (MPS). USDA seeks an MPS system where the vendor provides the ability for confidential faxing, scanning, and printing in a secure and managed environment on an enterprise level. Part of our market research includes reaching out to industry leaders to gain a better understanding of recent industry developments. USDA is made up of 17 agencies and offices with nearly 100,000 employees who serve the American people at more than 4,500 locations across the country and abroad. Effective October 1, 2020, OCIO’s Client Experience Center (CEC) will be the sole provider for customer support for all USDA agencies and offices, to include Managed Print Services.
