The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is preparing an acquisition plan for continuation of Managed Print Services, USDA-wide. Part of our market research includes reaching out to industry leaders to gain a better understanding of recent industry developments. USDA is made up of 17 agencies and offices with nearly 100,000 employees who serve the American people at more than 4,500 locations across the country and abroad. Effective October 1, 2020, OCIO’s Client Experience Center (CEC) will be the sole provider for customer support for all USDA agencies and offices, to include Managed Print Services. Please review the questions in this document we anticipate will be part of a future solicitation, to determine your company’s interest and fit to meet the requirements, and be prepared to discuss during your Industry Day participation along with any industry/technology developments that may be helpful to USDA as we finalize our acquisition plan. It is not required that you return answers in response, but the Contracting Officer will accept them via email by December 9, 2020. Participation in this RFI is not required but is appreciated. Time slots for individual industry day sessions to discuss RFI submittal questions and answers for the above time period can be requested by contacting the Contracting Officer via email no later than December 9, 2020.
