This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety Inspection Services seeks to procure training courses for Enforcement, Investigations, and Analysis Officer’s (EIAO) that fall within the required specifications as stated in the requirements below. The Agency's intent is for the contractor to develop, deliver, and coordinate an overall training course that accomplishes the objective. The overall training objective is to enable the EIAO to successfully perform assess an establishment’s food safety systems. To accomplish this, the EIAO training will need to address scientific principles, regulatory requirements, and administrative enforcement strategies.
