On behalf of the Department of Agriculture, National Greening Fire Team (GFT), General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research related to the subject requirement to identify vendors that have the skills and experience to provide On-Site Incident Recycling services at wildland fire camps across the United States in the future.
