USDA FPAC/NRCS intends to award a firm-fixed-price BPA call order to Gray and Pape Inc. for a cultural resources investigation related to a proposed irrigation pipeline in Westfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts. The project involves about 2,600 feet of 2-inch PE irrigation pipeline installed 4 feet deep and requires an intensive ground survey with soil test pits due to archeologically sensitive landforms and sites. The procurement is restricted to the approved small business BPA holder, and responses from non-BPA holders will not be accepted.
