This is a Sources Sought Announcement issued by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for informational and planning purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation, nor is it an announcement for a forthcoming solicitation. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in providing a response. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with a Size Standard of $30 million. United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Economic Research Service (ERS), seeks renewal of the agency’s Laserfiche software system Licenses and Software Assurance Plan (LSAP). Given the complexity of the integration between the Laserfiche document management system and Umbraco CMS (via Elastic search and API bridge), ERS seeks top-tier Laserfiche contractor assistance to provide resources for technical support and maintenance. Submission Instructions: Interested vendors are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought notification by 12:00p ET on 15 September 2022, to the attention of David Jordan, Contract Specialist, David.Jordan@usda.gov. All questions are asked to be submitted inwriting to the Primary Point of Contract and will be addressed accordingly. Responses should be no more than 5 pages and include the following information: Organization Name; Contract Name, e-mail address and phone number; Organizations IEU number; Business size status for the applicable NAICS code; A statement of interest in any forthcoming acquisition; A statement of capability to perform details of the requirement. Interested vendors are instructed to provide only the data requested. No proprietary classified confidential or sensitive information should be included in your response.
