The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), Supply Depot, in Pocatello, ID, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to supply Bumped Oats, bagged (Food Grade) (in accordance with specifications), to be purchased on an as needed basis for a period not to exceed 2 years. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation. The Pocatello Supply Depot manufactures several pesticide products used to control nuisance pests. Bumped Oats are an essential component used in the composition of baits that are used to control the nuisance rodents; thus, is a major part of the delivery system that’s applied when delivering the rodent control bait to the target site. Estimated Quantities Minimum 10,000lbs/yr Maximum 75,000lbs/yr The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 311999 (All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing).
