In accordance with USDA regulations, a Basic Law Enforcement background investigation is required prior to starting work under this contract as well as maintaining it throughout the duration of the contract. The contractors will be required to complete the background investigation forms and submit them to the program contact person for submission to the FPS office responsible for processing the background investigations. The USDA APHIS will be responsible for paying for these background investigations.
