This is a Sources Sought Notice Introduction: The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Rural Development (RD) Servicing Office (SO) in St. Louis, MO, is soliciting information on potential sources to provide Nationwide Lender-Placed Insurance Services. The anticipated NAICS Code (North American Industry Classified System) 524210 – Insurance Agencies and Brokerages THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No solicitation or specifications are available currently. This sources sought will not be linked to the solicitation. Description: The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the requirements described in the attached PWS. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to manage Lender-Placed Insurance services for USDA RD. The services shall include lender-placed insurance, inspections of property damages, check printing, mail service of lender-placed insurance correspondence, loss processing, loss-drafts, flood determination, information management services for analysis reporting, and insurance tracking services. The Contractor shall continuously update and enhance information made available to USDA RD, technology and the performance of their overall service delivery, in a manner consistent with industry standards. It is expected that the firms responding to this sources sought possess the qualifications, expertise and understanding to fulfill the above mentioned services. It is also expected that the firms will follow the compliance and remain consistent with all Federal, State and local statues, regulations and standards. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
