This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price, commercial contract. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is more advantageous to the government. The Minnesota USDA NRCS requires a conference venue in the Brainerd area of north central Minnesota for an All Employee Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25 through Thursday, February 27, 2020. The facility must be able to accommodate 250 people for meeting rooms, breakout sessions, breaks, dining, evening team building activities, and overnight lodging. A block to hold 250 rooms at the Federal Government rate per night is required. Overnight lodging reservations and payments will be completed by participants in Concur and not reserved or paid through the award document. The facility shall include a large general session room and up to six breakout rooms on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. It is requested that screens be included free of charge and free wireless internet in all the meeting rooms and sleeping rooms. Flip charts and markers are to be included. Vegetarian and gluten free options need be available and labeled. Provide suggestions for the arrival dinner, breakfast, breaks, dinner. This procurement is being handled on behalf of the USDA NRCS Minnesota State Office by the USDA FPAC-BC. Responses are due on Friday, Januray 31, 2020 no later than 4:30 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
