The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 11 through Thursday, April 13, 2023. The facility/venue must be able to accommodate 300+ people for meeting rooms, breakout sessions, breaks, dining, evening team building activities, and overnight lodging. A block to hold 300 rooms at the Federal Government rate per night is only required under the contract. Overnight lodging reservations and payments will be completed by participants in Concur and not reserved or paid through this contract.
