The information gathered for market research will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The U.S Forest Service has a future requirement for General Contracting support for services in Federal buildings located in western VA, the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests. Work may include the following: Plumbing repair, Water Line repair, Electrical lighting repair, Electrical door/gate/Physical Security repair, Furniture Services, HVAC repair, Roofing repair services. Please note: All contractor doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management database (SAM) as well as certified in the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). The anticipated NAICS code is 561790 with a size standard of $7M When responding, interested parties should answer the following questions: Are you in SAM.GOV?
