USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has a need to replace several environmental growth chambers, chilled water units, and walk-in coolers at the Insect Management and Molecular Diagnostics Lab at Moore Air Base in Edinburg, Texas. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19 million. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $1M and $5M. The project will be set aside for small business concerns only. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 31, 2025.
