The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, has a construction requirement at its National Center for Applied Plant Protection in Laurel, Maryland. NCAPP safeguards agricultural resources from the risks associated with the entry, establishment or spread of exotic plant diseases introduced into the United States. The requirement is to make repairs to water line repairs in three greenhouses. Work includes replacing a hose bib assembly, repairing buried water lines, and replacing an isolation valve with valve box assembly, The NAICS code is 237110, with a small business size standard of $45 million, and the estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
