The intent of this sources sought notice is to identify potential sources for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services for Tonto National Forest/Mesa Ranger District The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform refuse collection and disposal services for Tonto National Forest/Mesa Ranger District, by means of a combination Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Contractor shall provide multiple containers (30-50) and refuse collection and disposal services to ensure refuse is properly collected and disposed; furnish and position each container at the specified location as required, to best aid the user in disposing of refuse and to minimize interference with adjacent sidewalks, parking areas, roadways, etc.; provide collection of solid wastes to ensure refuse is properly collected; remove normal refuse from containers to ensure refuse is properly collected, dispose of the solid waste to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 562111 and the annual size standard is $41.5 Million.
