This RFI is being used to gather market research to be used to make decisions regarding the acquisition of self-paced, off-the-shelf Federal eLearning compliance content in the following prescribed topics outlined in Section 3. Specifically, the RFI is being used to obtain interested parties, number of eLearning content providers, in addition to input from the marketplace for planning purposes regarding the availability of existing or potential vendors who can provide already off-the-shelf, self-paced Federal eLearning compliance content for 90,000 USDA employees.
