The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Contracting Operations Branch (COB) has awarded a sole source firm fixed-price task order. The period of performance is for nine months to Your Recruiting Company, Inc. for human resources staffing and recruitment support services. The task order has been awarded as a follow-on to a previously competed order citing the authority FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). The justification and approval is attached for reference. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quote (RFQ).
