The United States Department of Agriculture, Office of Chief Financial Officer has a requirement for a venue that can hold training sessions to host 500 - 550 plus participants from July 9-11, 2019 in Washington DC. A Plenary Session Room that can hold 500 plus is needed with classroom style seating, 3 additional rooms are needed with a maximal capacity of 180 to hold concurrent Breakout Sessions with classroom style seating as well. The solicitation is issued as Full and Open. Request for Quotes will be issued electronically on or about March 29, 2019. Quotes may be emailed to holly.votruba@ftc.usda.gov. Prospective contractors must be register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due by 10:00am (ET) on Friday, April 5, 2019.
