The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Finance Center (NFC) has a requirement for Employee Personal Page SMS Service. USDA/NFC requires a programmable messaging service to send SMS messages to users of an employee portal in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation is issued as Full and Open. Request for Quotes will be issued electronically on or about May 21, 2019. Quotes may be emailed to holly.votruba@usda.gov . Prospective contractors must be register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Quotes are due by 5:00pm (ET) on Thursday, May 30, 2019.
